What we publish, what we don't collect, and how to ask us to change something.
Last updated: September 2026
We publish natural bodybuilding show results: who competed, in which class, and where they placed. That is the point of the site.
We do not run analytics, advertising trackers or pixels, and this site sets no cookies of its own. We do not sell anything to anyone.
When you enter a show run on this platform, the promotor records the information needed to run the competition. Depending on the show and the class, that can include:
Not all of that is published. Public pages show your name, the class you competed in and your result. Height, weight and date of birth are used to place you in the correct class and are not published.
A promotor also controls whether a show's results are published at all, and how much detail they carry. Some shows publish placings only; some publish nothing.
Teen classes are a normal part of natural bodybuilding, so some of the athletes named on this site are minors. We publish the same limited information for them as for everyone else — name, class and placing — and nothing more.
If you are a parent or guardian and want a young athlete's name removed from these pages, contact us and we will do it. You do not have to give a reason.
Nothing. Browsing this site does not put a cookie on your device, and there is no analytics package, advertising pixel or session tracking on these pages.
As with any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — the requesting IP address, the page requested and the time. Those are kept by the host for operational and security purposes and are not used to build any profile of you.
Show pages and athlete pages can display Instagram posts that a promotor has chosen to feature. Those are embedded directly from Instagram — we store only the link, and we never download or host a copy of the photo or video.
That has a consequence worth stating plainly: when a page containing an embedded post loads, your browser contacts Instagram directly. Instagram can see that request, including your IP address, and may set its own cookies. That is between you and Instagram, and their privacy policy governs it, not ours.
Because we only keep the link, a post that its author later deletes or makes private simply stops appearing here.
People who run or officiate shows have logins. For those accounts we hold a name, an email address, and the roles that control what they can see. A session cookie keeps you signed in while you work; it is removed when you sign out.
Judges' scores are recorded against a judge's account because the scoring system requires it. Public results pages never identify how an individual judge scored.
Competition results are a historical record and are kept indefinitely — that is what makes rankings and an athlete's competition history possible. Account information is kept while the account is in use.
Contact us and tell us what you want changed. In particular you can ask us to:
We handle these by hand, because this is a small project. Give us a reasonable amount of time and be specific about which show you mean.
Deleting data we received from Instagram: if a show connected an Instagram account to this platform, you can disconnect it at any time from that show's Media tab, or by asking us. Disconnecting removes the stored access token and stops any further access to that account. You can also remove our access from Instagram directly, under Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
If we start doing something materially different with information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
See the contact page.
